The philosophy

CrossFit is the sport. The way we coach it is what makes us different.

Precise coaching that meets you exactly where you are, honest movement, and a room where every scaled rep gets cheered as loudly as every personal best.

Our coaches are qualified in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, nutrition and rehab. If you're pregnant, post-injury, new to lifting, or chasing a competition podium — we've got you.

What every class contains

Four disciplines. One hour.

Strength

Barbell cycles that build real, functional strength — squats, presses, deadlifts, Olympic lifts.

Conditioning

Rowers, bikes, skis, sleds. An engine that carries you through every workout — and every weekend.

Gymnastics

Pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups. Body-weight skills coached with care, progressed with patience.

Community

Fifteen people cheering you on. One coach who knows your name. Zero ego on the whiteboard.

Straight answers

The things everyone asks before their first class.

I've never done CrossFit before. Where do I start?
Every new member begins with Gold, our six-week onboarding: five one-to-one sessions with your own coach, classes introduced gradually as your confidence grows, and a graduation review with a 90-day plan. After that you're in the general class — scaled, coached and paced for you.
I'm not fit enough for CrossFit.
That's exactly who CrossFit is for. Every movement is scalable — new members, returning parents, national-level athletes, all in the same class.
Do I need to be strong?
No. You'll get strong. Bring the willingness, we bring the technique.
How often should I train?
Three sessions a week changes bodies. Four to five changes lives. We'll help you find your rhythm.
Ready when you are?

Come in and talk to us.

No trial classes. No sign-up pressure. Sit down with a coach, tour the space over a coffee and tell us where you want to be — that conversation is where your membership and your onboarding begin.
