Contact and guide requests

CrossFit Lifeline Epsom uses the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and goals, to respond to enquiries, provide the Strong Start Guide and arrange the coach follow-up you request. Guide requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and available to authorised staff; staff may receive an email notification. Contact forms open your email app. To ask about your information or request deletion, email info@ascension-training.co.uk.

Bookings on WodBoard

Intro bookings take place on WodBoard, a separate service with its own privacy and cookie choices. Opening a booking link does not mean an appointment has been confirmed. Google Ads reporting of completed WodBoard bookings has not yet been enabled by us.

Optional advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure clicks opening our No Sweat Intro booking calendar and help optimise our ads. A click is not a confirmed booking. Where permission allows, Google may receive page and device information, ad-click identifiers, your advertising consent signals and the booking-link click event. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers for advertising matching, and advertising personalisation is disabled.

In regions requiring consent, including the UK, EEA, Switzerland and our country-level Canadian fallback, optional advertising tags and events stay blocked until you accept. If location cannot be determined, we ask first. Elsewhere permitted ordinary measurement may run without a banner, but an explicit rejection always takes precedence. Events blocked when they occur will not be replayed following later acceptance.

Read Google’s information about advertising data. We do not report WodBoard’s confirmation emails to Google.

Your choices

Accepting and rejecting are equally available. Your browser stores a random visitor reference, the choice and time, the notice shown and your country when known. Changing your choice retains the earlier acceptance record alongside your withdrawal. These records stay in this browser; clearing browser storage removes them and may cause us to ask again. You can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings; doing so does not prevent using the site or booking.

Other local storage and external services

The website also remembers dismissal of the guide popup. Staff sign-in uses session storage provided by our sign-in service. Embedded timetables, social links and external booking services may process information under their own policies; our advertising choices do not control those separate services.
