Performance Coaching — 1-to-1

Performance Coaching

Private 1-to-1 coaching, not a class

1-to-1 coaching tailored to your goals — whether that's building confidence, getting stronger, returning from injury or simply feeling better in everyday life.

You don't need to be an athlete. You just need a goal — even if that goal is "feel better," keep up with the kids, or walk into the gym without feeling out of place. Our Performance Coaches meet you exactly where you are and build the plan around your life, your body and your priorities.

This isn't about counting reps for an hour. It's about having an expert in your corner who helps you perform better at life.

Why Performance Coaching

You're not paying for time…

You're investing in the things that actually change outcomes.

A clear plan

You always know what you're doing today and why.

Expert coaching

Qualified coaches, not rep counters.

Accountability

Someone in your corner who notices when you don't show.

Structure

Training that builds week on week instead of at random.

Progress

Measured, visible, undeniable.

Confidence

In the gym, and everywhere else it quietly spills over.

Long-term success

Results you can still see in five years' time.

Our coaching philosophy
Anybody can supervise a workout. A Performance Coach changes the trajectory of your health and fitness.

Every decision is made with purpose — the exercises you're given, the order they come in, how quickly you progress, when we pull back, and how it all fits into the next twelve months rather than just the next hour.

Is it right for me?

Wherever you're starting, that's where we start.

I'm not an athlete — is this for me?+

Absolutely. Most of our 1-to-1 clients simply want to feel better, move better and stay consistent. You don't need a medal in mind — you just need a goal that matters to you.

I've never stepped into a gym before.+

Perfect starting point. Your coach begins with the basics, at your pace, in a private and unhurried way — so the first time you walk into a class you already know what you're doing.

I already train but have plateaued.+

Plateaus are almost always a programming or technique problem, not an effort problem. We assess what's actually holding you back and build a plan that breaks the ceiling.

I'm recovering from injury.+

We coach around what you can do and rebuild the rest. Where clinical input is needed, we can work alongside your healthcare professional so your training supports your rehabilitation.

I want to lose weight.+

Training, habits, recovery and nutrition are coached together, because fat loss that lasts is never just about the workout. Your plan is built around your week, not an ideal one.

I'm training for an event.+

Hyrox, marathon, Ironman, a charity challenge — your coach reverse-engineers your event date into weekly training so you arrive prepared, not exhausted.

I'm preparing for CrossFit competitions.+

Skill work, strength cycles, engine development and competition strategy, structured across the season with honest feedback on what actually needs work.

I need accountability.+

This is the part most people are really buying. Fixed sessions, tracked progress and a coach who follows up — because the plan only works if you're in the room.
